Official Contest Rules

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local regulations apply. The SWautofinder.com FREE GAS Giveaway (“Contest”) is sponsored by SWautofinder.com and Bliss Communications, Inc., and participating partners of SWautofinder.com (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility.
Contest is offered only to legal U.S. residents 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Contest is offered only to Wisconsin and Illinois residents. Employees of SWautofinder.com, Bliss Communications, Inc., and participating partners of SWautofinder.com, their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, and their advertising or promotional agencies (collectively, the “Contest Entities”), and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouses) or persons living in the same households as such persons, whether related or not, are ineligible to participate or win. No groups, clubs, or organizations may participate in this Contest or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to their members. Proof of age, identity, and eligibility must be furnished to Sponsor upon request. Sponsor will not award a prize to anyone not meeting eligibility requirements at the time of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these Contest Rules are not followed. By entering, you agree to comply with all applicable law and these Contest Rules, and you agree to abide by all decisions of SWautofinder.com and Bliss Communications, Inc.

3. How to Enter
Contest begins April 14, 2008 and ends July 14, 2008. Contestants may enter the contest by visiting SWautofinder.com and completing the official online registration form. Each contestant must include his/her correct and verifiable name, postal address, phone number, date of birth and e-mail address, in the registration form fields. Contestants must update this information, as necessary, to remain eligible to win. Only one entry per contestant every 30 days will be eligible for the drawing. Entries will be accepted every day, including legal holidays. All entries must be received by fifty-nine (59) minutes and fifty-nine (59) seconds past eleven p.m. (i.e., 11:59:59 p.m.) Central Standard Time on the last day of the 30 day Contest period to be eligible for the drawing. Drawing will be held the first business day following the 30 day Contest period at Bliss Communications, Inc., 1 S. Parker Dr., Janesville WI; need not be present to win. Contest period #1 is April 14 - May 13, 2008; drawing is May 14, 2008. Contest period #2 is May 14 - June 12, 2008; drawing is June 13, 2008. Contest period #3 is June 13 - July 12, 2008; drawing is July 14, 2008. By registering, contestants agree to accept e-mail messages from SWautofinder.com, Bliss Communications, Inc., and participating partners of SWautofinder.com and their respective advertising affiliates.

4. How to Win
Every 30 day Contest period, four (4) winners will be randomly selected from among the list of e-mail addresses in the “Contest Database.” The Contest Database is defined as the current list of contestants who registered at SWautofinder.com during the preceding 30 days. One winner per household address. Winners will be notified via e-mail within one (1) week after the drawing (contestants should ensure that their contact information is accurate and up to date). Winners are subject to eligibility verification. Winner must claim his/her prize within 30 days at Bliss Communications, Inc., 1. S. Parker Dr., Janesville, WI between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Prizes must be claimed in person and will not be mailed. Winner will be required to provide picture proof of identification, which may include a driver’s license, passport, voting card or similar government issued identification. Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. By registering, contestants authorize the use of their name, photograph, image, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising, trade, and promotional purposes without compensation and without opportunity for review, except where prohibited by law. Noncompliance may result in forfeiture of the applicable prize. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in forfeiture. In no case shall the Sponsor be liable in any manner where a winner has not received notification sent from the Sponsor or where the Sponsor fails to receive a response from the winner within the required period.

5. Prizes and Odds of Winning
A total of twelve (12) prizes, four (4) per 30 day Contest period, for three (3) consecutive months, will be offered. Each prize is one (1) gift card for gas valued at $50.00. Gift card can be used only at participating locations. Some restrictions on use of the gift card may apply, and winners should carefully review the terms and conditions of use written on or provided with the gift card. All charges, fees, and costs not specifically included in the applicable prize description are the responsibility of the respective prize winner. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Odds of winning depend on the number of registrants in the Contest Database. Participants may win only one time every 30 days. Sponsor reserves the right to suspend, continue or extend the Contest at their discretion.

6. Terms and Conditions
Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and with these Contest Rules, and by entering, participants agree to be bound to these Contest Rules. Any security breach or other attempt by an entrant or other party to tamper with the proper administration of the Contest will disqualify the entrant and may result in civil or criminal action against the entrant or other party and may result in the discontinuation, suspension, or cancellation of the Contest. Winners and entrants agree, except where prohibited by law, to release and discharge, hold harmless and indemnify the contest entities, their employees, agents and representatives, officers and directors and their immediate families, successors and assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest, from any and all tax liability that may be imposed or associated with receipt or use of the prizes, and from and against any and all claims, actions, proceedings, and liability for any damages, expenses, fees, injury or losses (including personal injury or death) sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for, or participating in any contest-related or prize-related activity. SWautofinder.com and Bliss Communications, Inc. retains the discretion to make all decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these rules. By entering this Contest, entrants agree that SWautofinder.com and Bliss Communications, Inc. has the sole right to determine all matters and disputes arising from the Contest and its determination of winners will be final and binding. In the event the selected winner(s) of the prize are/is ineligible or refuse(s) the prize or in the event the prize is forfeited for any reason, the prize will be forfeited. Winners and entrants agree that the laws of the state of Wisconsin shall govern this Contest. Entrants agree that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts of Wisconsin; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest but in no event attorneys’ fees; (iii) and under no circumstances will a participant be permitted to obtain awards for and participant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. Except where prohibited by law, all issues concerning the construction, validity and enforcement of these Contest Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and the Sponsor, shall be construed and governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law rules. For prizes valued at $600 or greater, winner must provide his or her Social Security Number for tax purposes. Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with prizes are the responsibility of the winner.

7. Disclaimer
Contest entities, their affiliated, parent, and subsidiary companies, their employees, agents and officers, advertising and promotion agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this Contest are not responsible for: any problem with entries generated by computer hardware or software malfunction, error or failure, whatever the cause; lost, interrupted or unavailable network server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer transmissions or technical failure; lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or delayed entries; jumbled, scrambled or misdirected transmissions, or other error of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic. SWautofinder.com and Bliss Communications, Inc.’s sole responsibility for any irregular entry is replacement with another entry in a subsequent drawing. If a potential winning entry is made by Internet or other computer entry, that potential winner may be required to provide SWautofinder.com and Bliss Communications, Inc. with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the electronic mail address associated with the potential winning entry. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest, as solely determined by the judges, will be disqualified. If disqualified for any of the above reasons, SWautofinder.com and Bliss Communications, Inc. reserves the right to terminate contestant’s eligibility to participate in the Contest. In the event that any portion of the Contest is compromised by virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond the control of SWautofinder.com and Bliss Communications, Inc. which, in the sole opinion of SWautofinder.com and Bliss Communications, Inc., corrupts, or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper determination of the Contest, SWautofinder.com and Bliss Communications, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate the Contest or any part of the Contest, or any combination of the above. Contest entities are not responsible for: typographical errors in any materials relating to the Contest; cancellations, postponements, or delays; Acts of God, war, terrorism, government regulation, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, or other similar causes beyond the control of the Contest entities making it inadvisable, illegal, impossible, or impractical to continue the Contest or to perform under these Rules. Contest entities make no warranty, guarantee, or representation of any kind concerning the prize, and Contest entities specifically disclaim any implied warranty or merchantability, warranty of fitness, and any other implied warranty.

Winners’ names will be published in The Janesville Gazette, The Walworth County Week, and the Monroe Times and may be obtained by sending a SASE to Bliss Communications, Inc., P.O. Box 5001, Janesville, WI 53547-5001 within 30 days of completion of the Contest. Official rules supersede all other published editions. Sponsor reserves the right to change, alter, or amend these Contest Rules as necessary, in its sole discretion, to ensure the fair administration of the Contest or to comply with applicable law.
